We live in STV but we take the 10 mile drive to get to Cold Stone because it's worth it. Staff is friendly, ice cream is fresh and delicious. Try some samples before committing - they don't mind! I love the fudge truffle with peanut butter cups mixed in. A small is still a LOT of ice cream, so opt for the kids size if you're not too hungry. Price is steep but that is at all Cold Stone locations, not this one specifically. :)

First time I've had Cold Stone in probably 8-9 years. We didn't know what to order when walking in so we decided to stand and look at the board in front and behind us. The guy working told us to step up so he could take our order, well we weren't ready. So, we stood trying to make a decision and he had to repeat himself, again. Yes we get it worker, when we are ready we will step up and you will take our order. WE ARE NOT READY! I wanted to yell at him. Pretty annoying and the customer in front of me was a total weirdo. We just wanted our ice cream so we could leave. The ice cream was good, but very messy.

I'm giving them 2 stars, why? Well, I subtract one star for each tip jar on the counter. While I really like Cold Stone, there ice cream is always top notch, I am so done with tip jars all over the place. Do we really need 3 jars? How about just continue to do a good job and be rewarded by collecting a paycheck? One tip jar okay, but that's it.

I came in to take my daughter after a tuff spelling bee. They were closed. They say that I was looking from outside they akee what I needed. Told them I was trying to get some ice cream for my daughter. They were not open for another 30 min. They said come on in and took care of anyways. Great customer service and their icecream is always the best!

Best experience I've had at an ice cream shop! I had A "gotta have it" serving of birthday cake remix and it was phenomenal! The young lady behind the counter was a sweetheart. I will definitely be coming back.

Initially helped by older bald guy with earrings. He was very rude, did not greet or smile. Embarrassed my friend in a rude, not friendly manner. Would have walked out but my friend already had her ice cream being made. I was surprised as cold stone is known for its friendly and upbeat employees. Fortunately he went to the back and Taylor, a young college age female, finished up our order. Thanks to Taylor I would be back(5stars) but if the male is there you bet I will walk out(2stars)

3.5? I'm a wimp - I want halfsies. My kids love this place. I think the ice cream is probably really good but it's just too rich for me. Most recently I got a kid's cup of salted caramel. If you read my reviews I'm a big fan of salted caramel. This wasn't salted and not very caramelly but very rich. The kids get cotton candy with gummy bears and other stuff mixed in. The thing about this place? They are very, very cool to the community always supporting schools. So I must take the kids as often as I can!

I love cold stone!!! Delcious ice cream every time and the staff is always frednly. I took my neice and newphew this specific trip and they tend to take a little on the long side to decide what they want. The employees were patient and helpful. Most employees are teenagers and tend to get frustrated with children but they were not at all.

I am a fan of Ice Cream! There is really no other place near me (that I know of) that is a good place to go and just get Ice Cream (yogurt aside), so that is why I am reviewing a Cold Stone! I really do like their Ice Cream too! I always get the cheesecake fantasy or whatever its called, but it is by far my favorite! We come here and it is always good, service is always the same, the place is clean and there is never a wait (or a long wait) I love the creations they have and my kids love em too.
